Log into your VIAMAJA account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack with Care

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective inserts and hardware are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
